Starlight Talk 2016: Everest – The Five Year Plan, Anything Is Possible!
Thursday 7th July 2016, 8.00pm, Redbourn Village Hall
This year’s Redbourn Starlight talk is likely to be an inspiring evening, both for the young and the young at heart, who are still dreaming about the next 5 years. Aren’t we all? – the Village plan, the uncertain future of the Village Hall, the Mission Action Plan, and other strategic plans, not to mention our individual hopes and dreams.
Andrew Elliman is sure to make us reflect on our own situation:
Born in 1970, Andrew grew up on a railway estate in Hayes, Middlesex. At the age of 16 he started work in the international removal industry, humping boxes and driving trucks across Europe. 12 years into the job Andrew turned his hand into a sales role and never looked back!
Now 30 years into the business he is the Group Sales Director for one of the largest relocation and moving companies in the World.
He enjoys challenging himself to the extreme and seeks adventure in all corners of the world.
In April 2015 Andrew was part of a team who attempted to climb to the summit of Everest and break a world record for the highest dinner party ever held.
He was lucky to survive the worst earthquake Everest has ever seen and now gives talks on his experience to help to inspire others with their dreams.
Why not make up a table of 8 and invite a few younger people to come.
Tickets are available at Redbourn Post Office; it’s a Café-style talk so order your meal (£7.00) and reserve a seat at a table. Numbers are limited.
